KILLJOYS MAKE SOME NOISE!!!

Possible Title Leak?
·      Before you read, don’t go and fan girl about it, it isn’t official yet.
o      After all the waiting and the secrecy and the shenanigans, it seems like the big reveal of My Chemical Romance’s new album’s title and release date may have been accidentally spoiled on Twitter.
o      The Twitter for the magazine Coup De Main posted a now-deleted status that read as follows:
o      My Chemical Romance fans! the new MCR album ‘Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys’ will be released in NZ on November 22nd!
o      This is even more surprising given that The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys was supposedly the title of a comic that My Chem lead singer Gerard Way was working on with Shaun Simon and artist Becky Cloonan.  The project was announced at San Diego Comic Con in 2009.
o      So, does this mean that the comic will be released as a tie-in with the new album?  Or has the comic been cancelled for good?  Or is this Twitter announcement mistaken or a hoax?  Only time will tell, apparently.

·      Dr. Death Defyings Channel.
o      Hes been trying to clear the static for us.
o      You can hear Gerard sing “Look Alive Sunshine” in it.

Someone posted this comment on the new youtube video:
·       “ZOMG! dude i think i got something figured out! listen: for those of u who r obsessive MCR/Gerard Way or like the Umrella Academy like me you might know that instead of Hazel and Chacha in the umbrella academy their_ was originaly be one “hitman” named Bruno, Bruno looked like that…almost like Mickey mouse :3 and that mouse creture thing, that i’m callin’ Bruno is also on the BLND channel on the transmision TV thing…so yah it has to do with the new album peoples love yah :)”

New Picture Surfaces From Rolling Stones Magazine!
·      Girl Automatic from Tumblr Posted this along with the picture:
·      Never let it be said I am not surrounded by observant tipsters.
o      SO. I’m tired. My brain is so fucking empty that I haven’t even written an evening report. My back is sore. I’m getting ready to do the sign-off call for the night when this picture gets wired to me by Twitter user yukikomomo.
o      Mind you, I’m still all of the above, but I am also very, very excited. Normally, it would be the leather jacket G-Fett’s sporting (because some people know how I feel about leather jackets) but look at this! Look at this beautiful bounty of information! I feel like I’ve just been handed a Christmas present! And I am sharing it with you.
o      Granted, it doesn’t mean the shenanigans are any clearer, but looook! If not the information, look at the picture! There’s so many amazing things going on in this picture! It’s so ridiculous and weird! I love it.
o      It’s apparently from the current issue of Rolling Stone. I know who’s going to try and push for a detour to the PX tomorrow when she’s on base picking up her medication refills~! But for now, I am going to sleep to dream of the ample amounts of redorkulous going on, instead of squealing like the hyperactive eat-breathe-sleep-live-for-My-Chem fangirl I was in my early days of loving this band (and still clearly am in some respects). I will have a full report in the morning/early afternoon.
o      Thanks again, Yukiko! And please thank your very thoughtful friend in L.A. for sending you this picture in the first place. My night has been made. <3
o      ETA: Apparently I am so excited by this picture that I failed to realize that G-Fett’s in a denim jacket. Er. Yes. So. Clearly going to bed now to get the sleep I need…

Twitter Thoughts From Someone On Tumblr:
·      Okay, so I had a thought on the recent tweets, and that thought exploded into what I think is an epiphamy.
·      We know now for a fact that Dr. Death Defying is sending a signal of music through the WKIL channel as a Pirate Radio, and someone is trying to suppress it. With that I’d like to add Agent Cherri’s request to “Turn up the disease, we’re dialed in.” and then suddenly the News announces Zone 3 is missing and is looking for it.
·      Now here’s where I get all speculatory. Regarding WKIL and the Star Spangled Banner, I get the feeling it’s there like a test card. Whatever is broadcasting on that channel is getting censored out by someone, who just blocked the signal with the benign anthem, like how some channels cut to different cameras or commercials in live TV when they tape delay stuff. I hope that makes sense. ^^;
·      Okay, and the deal with Agent Cherri. I think her and Dr. Death are in fact working together, and maybe Agent Cherri, who apparently used to work for the News… hijacked the signal from Zone 3, making it “disssapear”, so that the Dr. could use it. He didn’t fix the antenna for the WKIL channel till after “all is forgiven” between him and Agent Cherri, and maybe it’s because she knew enought to help him fix it.
·      I wish this was steeped in more fact, but this is my conclusion. I’m now waiting to see if the WKIL channel changes again. If it does, I’m going to scream so loud, you’ll be able to hear it from where you are.

A Single Name?
·      Bulletproof Heart.
·      Any thoughts?
·      Cover For The Single:
·      Apparently, we have a single and artwork?  Hasn’t been officially announced, but the OP basically said it was from Warner Bros site.

From USA Today:
·      My Chemical Romance, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys (November)
o      Auditing the sound: Frontman Gerard Way and company had finished a raw rock album last year, then chucked it and started over after getting signals from a fresh muse. While not a concept album like 2006's The Black Parade, Danger Days represents a transmission blasted from the future, according to the band. Planetary (GO!) and Na Na Na are among the confirmed tracks produced by Rob Cavallo and recorded in Calabasas, Calif. No other specifics have been leaked, and the band's blog advises fans to "look alive, keep your ears to the ground and your eyes bloodshot and open … there are signs everywhere."
o      Eyeing the sales:The Black Parade was the band's biggest artistic and commercial success, selling 1.5 million copies (for a career total of 3.7 million albums) while impressing critics with its daring and ambitious strokes. Blender dubbed it "the Sgt. Pepper of screamo." My Chemical Romance's profile grew substantially with Parade, and the follow-up's scrapped first draft and tight lid on details have fans salivating.

X1FM Posted this on Tumblr:
·      My Chemical Romance have posted a weird teaser trailer for their new album on their official YouTube Channel, which you can watch HERE. HMV.com reports their new LP will be titled Danger Days: True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys, due to be released on November 22.

·      HMV has now removed the apparent My Chem’ album title.

A Theory About The Video MCR Posted:
·      Of course, if you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m obsessed with who this mouse person is… Is it Gerard? Is it Lyn-z? Who is it?…
·      But I’ve realized something… The adam apple - it’s not very visible. The way the person walks… Too “feminine”. But the figure - “masculine”.
·      And, most importantly, the legs
·      They’re long.
·      Only one person can fit the bill at this point…
o      Jimmy Urine.

CONFIRMED MCR ALBUM TITLE:
·      It's been nearly three years in the making, and during that time, it's been called a "no-concept" record, a down-and-dirty punk album, a "love letter to rock and roll" and, most recently, a fast-and-loose celebration of the Jersey Shore and "that era when heavy metal was yet to become hair rock."
·      But now we actually know what to call My Chemical Romance's fourth album: Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys.
·      That's according to MCR's label, Reprise Records, which confirmed the title to MTV News on Friday afternoon (September 17), putting to end a day of solid speculation that started when U.K. retailer HMV accidentally listed the album title and a tentative release date on its website (a posting that has since been corrected).
·      Reprise would not confirm whether Danger Days will be hitting stores November 22 — or the 23rd here in the U.S. — as the HMV site states, nor would Reprise confirm the title of the first single from the album. Several sites have reported that it will be called "Bulletproof Heart" and would head to radio September 28.
·      In recent days, MCR seem to have begun ramping up the promotion for, well, something, posting artwork supposedly intended to be the album cover — and a mysterious "Transmissions" page — on their website.
·      Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys is the follow-up to My Chem's ultra-ambitious 2006 effort The Black Parade and will re-team the band with producer Rob Cavallo (who helmed the sessions for Parade too), according to Reprise. Initially, My Chem were working with producer Brendan O'Brien on the new album, but it's not clear whether any of those earlier songs will end up on Danger Days, and Reprise did not respond to MTV News' request for comment on that matter.

The New Video, As You All Have Seen:

Other:
·      Four years after releasing The Black Parade, My Chemical Romance will finally return this fall with a new album titled Danger Days: the True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. The album will be helmed by Parade producer Rob Cavallo and while a release date is still up in the air, U.K. music retailer HMV posted posted a November 22 release date on its site. (That date would probably move to Tuesday, November 23 in the U.S. — the conventional release date in the States.)
·      In the meantime, My Chemical Romance have released a Quentin Tarantino-style action clip titled “Art Is the Weapon,” which features a blazing new pop-punk anthem. In the clip, Way and the band cruise around in a desert in a hot rod, pop into a diner to scarf down jars of beans and have a Western-style showdown with a masked gang. Check it out below.
·      My Chem’s new album has been long in the works. Back in December ‘09, singer Gerard Way talked toSPIN about the band’s plans for the record, although the band hit a rough spot in March when they announced that drummer Bob Bryar had left the group.

Dr. Death Defying’s Speech in the video:
·      Look alive sunshine. 109 in the sky, but the pigs won’t quit! You’re here with me, Dr. Death Defying. I’ll be your surgeon, your proctor, your helicopter. Pumpin’ out the slaughtermatic sounds to keep you live! A system failure for the masses, antimatter for the master plan! Louder than God’s revolver and twice as shiny. This one’s for all you rock and rollers, all you crash queens and motor babies. Listen up! The future is bulletproof! The aftermath is secondary. It’s time to do it now, and do it loud. Killjoys, make some noise!
